About Aubree's

History

In 1972, Bill and Sandee French opened a little corner bar in Depot Town, Ypsilanti Michigan. Over the years they expanded Aubree’s offerings to include gourmet pizza, fresh baked breads, salads, pub sandwiches, burgers, tasty pasta dishes and comforting entrees to become the full service restaurants we are today. Our goal is to provide top-quality, freshly prepared meals at a reasonable price in a casual environment. Our community has helped shape who we are today and will determine who we become in the future. Our purpose is to be deeply rooted into each community we are located in by being active in and supporting local schools, charities and organizations. We pride ourselves in treating each one of our guests as part of the Aubree’s family and to further broaden our sense of community by creating memories with our guests that last a lifetime.
