6:30 -  Beer Tasting With Dan Bistro Area Manager Great Lakes Brewing  Company.  Dan will give us insight into the brewing process as we enjoy a      sampling of five Great Lakes Beers.

 

7:00 - Dinner will be served.  Chef Chad has consulted the Great Lake Brewing Companies Brewpub’s menu and will be recreating some of his favorites.

Brewmaster’s Beer Cheese Soup – Nosferatu  High Hopped High Gravity

Spinach and Arugula Salad - Burning River Pale Ale
Baby spinach and fresh arugula with Gorgonzola cheese,  applewoodSmoked bacon, cherry tomatoes, toasted pecans and a strawberryvinaigrette

Bratwurst and Pierogi’s – Dortmunder Gold Lager

Bratwurst steamed in Dortmunder Gold served with two potato and cheese

Filled pierogis a dollop of sour cream and side of our Brewers Mustard

Whitefish Rockefeller – Holly Moses White Ale

Great Lakes White Fish stuffed with spinach and Parmesan cheese served

With rice and vegetable

Chocolate Lava Cake – Edmund Fitzgerald Porter

 

During dinner you’ll be entertained tableside with the Magical Talents of Magician Dorian Grey

 

This is an all inclusive event for only $ 40 per person or $ 75 per couple.
